You can love your family… and still be mean as hell to yourself.

Let's change that.

I help women stop mean-girling themselves so they can build real self-trust—and create deeper, more honest connections with their kids and grandkids.

Eat the damn popcorn.

You’re allowed to like yourself.

This didn’t start with you.

Somewhere along the way, you learned that being a “good” woman meant:

Putting yourself last
Keeping the peace
Not needing too much
Not being too much

And definitely not liking yourself too much.

So you got really good at taking care of everyone else.

And really quiet about what you needed.

Now?

You second-guess yourself.
You feel guilty for resting.
You’re harder on yourself than you’d EVER be on your kids or grandkids.

And even when life looks “good” on the outside…

Something still feels off.

That’s not because something is wrong with you.

It’s because you were taught to abandon yourself—and call it love.

This is what I call Good Girl Conditioning.

And once you see it?

You can’t unsee it.

But more importantly…

You can change it.

You don’t EVER have to feel bad about yourself to be worthy of love.
Not as a mom.
Not as a grandma.
Not as a woman.

Welcome to the Peace Portal.

Two simple pauses that help you protect your peace—
whether it’s coming from someone else… or from your own mind.

Because let’s be honest…

Sometimes the hardest part isn’t

what someone else said…
it’s what you say to yourself after.

And other times?

Someone says something, does something, or pushes just the right button…

and suddenly you’re reacting in a

way that doesn’t even feel like you.

That’s where this comes in.

Inside the Peace Portal, I’ll walk you through two simple tools you can use in real time:

The Powerful Pause
For those moments when someone comes at you sideways—
pushing your buttons, crossing a line, or testing your patience.

The Personal Pause
For the moments when that mean-girl voice kicks in
and starts tearing you down from the inside.

These aren’t complicated.

They’re not fluffy.

They’re the kind of tools you’ll

actually use—
in the middle of real life.

So instead of reacting, spiraling, or shutting down…

✔ You pause
✔ You breathe
✔ You choose how you

want to show up

You don’t EVER have to feel bad about yourself.

Free. Simple. And something you can come back to anytime you need it.

A quick story.

When I was six years old, I did a school report on Alan Shepard, the first American to travel into space.

I decided right then and there that I wanted to be an astronaut.

Turns out…

I don’t speak math.

So... NASA never called.

But the idea of exploration

never left me.

These days I’m still an explorer.

I just explore inner space instead.

Because I’ve learned something fascinating:

Every one of us carries a galaxy within.

And if you’re here reading this…

something tells me you might be curious too.

Which means you’re already in SoulQuest orbit.

🧭 3 Somethings from My Galaxy

Your pre-flight checklist.

Once a week I send a short email with:

• something I’m grateful for
• something I recommend
• something to ponder

Sometimes it’s thoughtful.

Sometimes it’s funny.

Sometimes it involves popcorn.

But it usually starts with a question that makes people say:

“Wow… I never thought about it like that.”

🌌 The SoulQuest Experience

Lift-off.

A deeper space where women explore the galaxy

within themselves together.

No pretending.
No perfection.
No fake smiles required.

Just curiosity.

Honesty.

And women rising with and for each other.

Hi! I'm Veneta

🌟

I don’t have all the answers.

Honestly, no one does.

But I can help you ask yourself better questions.

I’m old enough to know that I ain’t got time to be scared.

I believe women are allowed to enjoy their lives.

I believe laughter is holy.

And I believe far too many women were taught to

treat themselves like an enemy.

That’s why I do this work.

I help mothers and grandmothers recognize Good Girl Conditioning so they can stop mean-girling themselves and change what gets passed down to the next generation.

Also…

I eat popcorn every night.

Because little-kid joy still matters.

Stay in orbit.

If something here made you pause…

or ponder…

or say “wait a minute…”

stay close.

Start with curiosity.

Then a breath.

Then maybe a little popcorn.

✨ When you’re ready for something deeper…

The Peace Portal helps you see what’s been happening.

The SoulQuest Experience

is where you begin living differently.

Not by pushing harder.
Not by fixing yourself.

But by learning what it feels like to be safe inside your own life.

A place where you can slow down,
ask better questions,
and stop fighting yourself long enough to

finally hear your own truth.

No pressure.
No performance.
No pretending.

Just space to breathe — together.

Maybe nothing IS wrong with you.

Maybe you learned ways of relating that once made sense —
and now you’re ready to see something new.

Once you notice it, you’ll start seeing it everywhere.

And from that moment on,

you get to choose what happens next.
